<br />All easements for bu{ldlng of the 'proposed dike for the Holly Flood
<br />Control, Drainage & Sanitation District have been procured. All Signatures
<br />required by the Holly Flood Control Were affixed and dated April 2, 1979,
<br />Chairman Clark reported that our attorney Carl Shinn, would send in our
<br />certificllte of aSsurance that interests in real estate granted to Holly
<br />Foood Control ar"'stifficient to Protect 'the U,S.' Government in ',',,'
<br />Construction, Maintenance, and operation of Holly Colorado Flood
<br />Control Project. . , '

<br />After considerable discussion o~ 'time and "'ffort involved in getting
<br />all this work accomplished a motion wag made by Jim Harper to Pay W, C.
<br />Clark $1,500.00 plus $419.80 as time and expense,money" Also to pay W. 0,
<br />Randle $2,500.00 for time and expense money; for'thelr 'efforts tOward the ",
<br />project. Motion was seconded by'Raymond TinSley, 'Motion carried unanimous,
