<br />The work accomplished by the Corps of Engineers under Contract No. DACW47-79-C-
<br />0080, consisting of Levee and Related Facilities, Holly, Colorado was done in
<br />accordance with an Agreement Between the United states of America and the Holly
<br />Flood Control, Drainage and Sanitation District, dated 7 September 1978. In

<br />Flood Control Project and agreed to provide cooperation should the work be
<br />accomplished by the Corps of Engineers.

<br />maintenance'of the work so that the maximum benefits will be derived therefrom.
<br />The~~ insp~ctions ~re '~equired at intervals of six months and shall be reported
<br />to the District Engineer within thirty days. The work will also be periodically
<br />inspected by personnel from this office in accordance with procedures established
<br />by the Corps of Engineers. It is common practice that local officials be con-
<br />tacted during, such inspections for a discussion of noted defects.
