WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, El Paso County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes 1-4", revised September 28, 1990; and WHEREAS, said report included on maps published on September 28, 1990 detailed and approximate floodplain information for streams within unincorporated portions of EI Paso County, as they were on September 28, 1990 and included, by reference, on maps published on March 2, 1989 or included by reference on March 2, 1989 but not republished on March 2, 1989, as part of Resolution No. 96-436, detailed and approximate floodplain information for streams within unincorporated portions ofEI Paso County, as they were on March 2,1989; and WHEREAS, said report dated September 28, 1990 revised Resolution No. 96-436; and WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the El Paso Regional Building Department, by Resolution No. 96-437, adopted on September 9, 1996, designated and approved the detailed and the approximate floodplain information included in said report and rescinded portions of Resolution No. 96-436; and WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Flood Insufance Study, EI Paso County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas, Volumes 1-4", dated Septembei 30,1992 has been prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and WHEREAS, said new report includes, by reference, detailed floodplain information displayed on map panels published on September 28, 1990 or in~luded by reference on September 28, 1990, but not republished on September 30, 1992, for the following streams: Camp Creek Cottonwood Creek Dry Creek Fountain Creek Kettle Creek . Monument Creek Jimmy Camp Creek Corral Tributary to Jimmy Camp Creek Mines Subtrihulary to Corral Tri- butary to Jimmy Camp Creek East Tributary Jimmy Camp Creek Subtributary to East Tributary Jimmy Camp Creek ; and Franceville Tributary to Jimmy Camp Creek Peterson Field Drainage Pine Creek Sand Creek Sand Creek CenICr Tributary Sand Creek East Fork Sand Creek East Fork SlIbtributary Security Creek Spring Creek Templeton Gap floodway Wide field Creek Windmill Gulch WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information included by reference on September 28, 1990 and republished without any revisions on September 30, 1992 for the following streams: 2 -
