<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(Zone A) floodplain areas, as listed in Table 3, and require that detailed hydrologic analyses be <br />performed by a registered professional engineer and submitted by the developer prior to a <br />floodplain development permit being issued; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain infonnation presented in said report dated August 1992 <br />for the City and County of Denver is consistent with the requirements for detailed floodplain <br />information listed under the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of <br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1) <br /> <br />DESIGNA nON AND APPROVAL ACTION <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this 20th day of March 2000, that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as approximate 100-year floodplain information the Zone A areas <br />presented in said report dated August 1992 (with inlcluded Flood Insurance Rate Maps) and as <br />listed in Table 2, providing that the City of Denver requires that detailed hydrologic analyses be <br />performed by a registered professional engineer and submitted by the developer prior to a <br />floodplain development permit being issued; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplain <br />delineations presented in said report dated August 1992 (with included Flood Insurance Rate <br />Maps), as listed in Table 2; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby acknowledge and rescind the detailed IOO-year floodplain delineations for specific reaches <br />of Goldsmith Gulch as listed in Table 4 contained within the April 1986 and September 1990 Flood <br />Insurance Studies for the City and County of Denver; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the City and County of Denver; the Urban Drainage and Flood <br />Control District; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Colorado Springs, Colorado, on the 20th day of March 2000, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />Q..kr \1. ~---- <br /> <br />Peter H.
