<br />
<br />Mr. Burns is the Larimer County Floodplain Management
<br />Coordinator. He has played active roles in the county's
<br />flood disasters of 1976, 1980 and 1983. In addition, he
<br />manages the county's floodplain management and drainage
<br />programs.

<br />BYRNE, PAT
<br />
<br />Mr. Byrne is director of the Division of Disaster Emergency
<br />Services for the State of Colorado. He directs all state
<br />and federally declared disasters. His division assists
<br />Colorado communities in the development of disaster
<br />preparedness plans and evacuation operations.
<br />
<br />DEGROOT, WILLIAM
<br />
<br />Mr. DeGroot is the Director of the Floodplain Management
<br />program for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District.
<br />His responsibilities include guiding the District in issues
<br />concerning floodplains and their use.
