<br />Steve D' Agostino <br />Defense Supply Center Philadelphia <br /> <br />Steve D'Agostino is a Customer Liaison Specialist on the Fire and Emergency <br />Services (F & ES) Team at the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). <br />DSCP is the Primary Level Field Activity within the Defense Logistics Agency <br />(DLA), Department of Defense, responsible for acquisition and management of <br />Fire, Rescue and Safety Equipment for all the Branches of the DoD military. <br /> <br />The F & ES Team has put together a Prime Vendor Program to provide logistic <br />support to the DoD community. This program provides any and all equipment, <br />supplies, services and training required to assure DoD First Responders meet <br />their mission requirements. Non DoD recipients of federal funds such as the Fire <br />Act Grants or the DoJ Domestic Preparedness Grants, are able to access this <br />program and benefit from the economies of scale and excellent customer service <br />it provides. <br /> <br />Mr. D'Agostino has been with the DoD for 28 years. Prior to his current position, <br />he was a Quality Assurance Branch Chief primarily focused on DoD weapon <br />systems parts and components. He is also a 17 year veteran of the Fire Service <br />in Bucks County PA, having been a Township Deputy Fire Marshall, a Company <br />Lieutenant, and Engineer. He is still an active Firefighter and Fire Company <br />Safety Committee member. He is a member of the Bucks County Firefighters <br />Association, the Bucks County Fire Chiefs Association, and the Navy I Marine <br />Corps Fire Protection Association. <br />
