<br />ligation to your Board under Contract Encumbrance No. 153200 dated Sep-
<br />tember 1, 1977.

<br />The Board of Directors of the Urban Dratnage and Flood Control
<br />District, at their November 15 meettng,passed Resolution No. 65, Ser-
<br />tes of 1979 (copy enclosed) adopting thts report. We request that the
<br />Colorado Water Conservatton Board'constder the 100-year flood plain
<br />des crt bed in this report for desIgnation as a flood hazard area. Denver,
<br />Wheat Ridge, Arvada, Adams County, Go1 den and Jefferson County wi 11 be
<br />responsible for regulating the flood platn. '
