A list is attached of those in attendence on Tuesday mornIng for the 3 <br /> <br />hour session. <br /> <br />The three groups represented at the demonstration were the Colorado Water Con- <br /> <br />servatlon Board (CWCB), the Urban Drainage &. Flood Control District (UDFCD), and <br /> <br />the City of Sheridan. The representatives of these groups agreed that the model <br /> <br />was well-constructed and the Information gained thus far from the model was well <br /> <br />worth Its cost. Members of the group made recommendations which are discussed <br />later In these notes. <br /> <br />The change made to the model. since the first demonstration on January 18, 1989 <br /> <br />was the addition of a sill immediately below the crest of the existing Corps of Engi- <br /> <br />neers dam. A row of 3-foot rocks was placed downstream of the sl11, followed by <br /> <br />the5-foot rocks on the dam face. The sill extended from the west bank half way to <br /> <br />the boatchute adjacent to the Englewood intake. The sl11 was omitted from the other <br />
