However, the FIRM panel number was ineorrectly shown on the <br />annotated FIRM panel attached to that LOMR. The purpose of this LOMR is to show the proper FIRM <br />panel number on the annotated FIRM panel for the May 19 LOMR. <br /> <br />We have revised the FIRM panel from the May 19 LOMR to reflect the correct FIRM panel number. The <br />flood hazard information shown on the annotated FIRM panel and profile panel enclosed with the May 19 <br />LOMR has not changed. The corrected FIRM panel number is shown on the enclosed annotated copy of <br />FIRM Panel 0079 F. For your reference, we also have enclosed the Determination Document and an <br />annotated copy of Profile Panel 34P that was transmitted with the May 19 LOMR. This LOMR is <br />effective as of the date shown above. <br />
