The Local Public Agency or Public Body will not <br />approve any subcontractor for work covered by this Contract who is at <br />the time ineligible under the provisions of any applicable regulations <br />issued by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor or <br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, to receive ~~ award of <br />such subcontract. <br /> <br />! <br />t,i <br /> <br />te <br /> <br />18.
