He provided expert testimony related to work performed for evaluation of failed <br />flood control improvements in San Diego, California.. He also served as an expert witness in <br />three separate litigations associated with flooding in Lake Elsinore, California during 1983, <br />1993, and 1995. <br /> <br />University Of California, Los Angeles <br /> <br />During his period of study at UCLA, Mr. Paulson served as a research assistant in the Water <br />Resources Division of the Engineering Systems Department. He participated in a detailed <br />research study involving the frequency analysis of multi-year hydrologic droughts.
