On behalf of the Town of Breckenridge, I would like to extend our'sincere appreciation
for the strong support of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in defining flood
hazards in the vicinity of Breckenridge, colorado. We believe that the flood infor-
mation report will be an effective planning tool; and we .will consider incorporating
it into our comprehensive master plan to insure appropriate management of flood hazard
areas. Because the majority of our hazards can be mitigated, we are currently attempt-
ing to develop a plan of improvement for s~bsequent flood abatement projects.

within the report is val id and accurate to a reasonable and usable extent, and that
