<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said <br />revised information and data and does hereby recommend to the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board that the Board rescind that <br />portion of Resolution Number 1, adopted December 13, 1967, for <br />Clear Creek and designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br />areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said new report fOr Clear Creek; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, colorado, <br />this 30th day of January, 1980, that it does hereby rescind that <br />portion of Resolution Number 1, adopted December 13, 1967, for <br />Clear Creek, and does hereby designate and approve as floodplain <br />areas those areas described as being inundated' by a 100-year flood <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said new report for Clear Creek; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board <br />is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />city of Golden, the city of Wheat Ridge, the city of Arvada, the <br />Board of county commissioners of Jefferson county, the city and <br />county of Denver, the Board of County commissioners Of Adams county, <br />and the Urban Drainage and Flood control District. <br /> <br />C E R T 1 F 1 Q A T g <br /> <br />r certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 30th day of January, 1980, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />
