Up
to 10 water quality parameters can be profiled. Options exist to include
observed data and/or water quality standards. An alternate type of plot is
described under "F" below.
rhis program is intended to analyze and summarize the output results from the
tream Water Quality program.
8. P'IItOORAIII I"CIP'ICATIOtII
The program is written in FORTRAN IV. Dimensions allow for 50 observed data
locations and 10 changes in water quality standards along the stream.
c. ..T HODI
D. .OU......IIT DnAn..
The program uses Cal-Comp equipment. In a few places where the program code is
machine dependent, the user is cautioned that unique code is required. Source
code is available for CDC 7600 and UNIVAC 1108 equipment. The program requires
27K words of storage on the CDC 7600.
... ,NruT- _
The progrlllll reads binary data from a magnetic tape having up to 11 water
parameters for up to 100 stream station locations in an unlimited time series.
The input is compatible with the Stream Water Quality program output.
,. This method was designed to plot the simulate
water quality, its mean error and the standard deviation of the errors. This
method allows the modeling error to be iacluded in the final graphical display.
The points along the river are not connected with any lines. Other types of
data could also be plotted using this option.

DIG '011"
, AUG 6D

2883

PW""OUI IEDITION8 ...". oa.L.ET..

28
