<br />Trees and shrubs to be protected will be identified with fl~gging
<br />at the time of the Pre-Bid conference. Damaged trees shall be
<br />replaced by the contractor at the contractors.sole expense. .Species
<br />and caliper of replacement trees to be determIned by the engIneer.

<br />At least 48 hours prior to construction, the contractor shall contact
<br />the owner of all utilities. The contractor shall contact telephon~,
