<br />WHEREAS. the staff of the Board has reviewed said revised <br />information and data and does hereby recommend to the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board that the Board designate and approve <br />as floodplain areas those" areas inundated by a 100-year flood <br />(intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said new report. and further <br />recommends that the floodplain designation for the San Miguel <br />River floodplain portion of the Town of Telluride. as approved <br />by Resolution No. 108. adopted July 11, 1978, be rescinded; <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado. this 9th day of May, 1986. that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as being inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said new report. <br />dated April. 1986. and does hereby rescind that said portion of <br />Resolution No. lOB. dated July 11. 1978; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Town of Telluride. to San Miguel County. and to the Federal <br />Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />Q ~ R T l E l Q ~ T ~ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver.
