<br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Board has reviewed said report and <br />does hereby recommend to the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />that the Board designate and approve as floodplain areas those <br />areas inundated by a 100-year flood (intermediate regional flood) <br />as described by the floodwater surface elevations and profiles in <br />said report; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 16th day of January, 1986, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a lOO-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Town <br />of Carbondale, the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield <br />County, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy <br />of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver, Colorado, on the 16th day of January, 1986, <br />at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />a;~.,-,- <br /> <br />william McDonald, Secretary <br /> <br />
