In response to the request by the,Colorado Water Conservation Board for
a proposal to perform a feasibility study for a flood Control and floodplain
management plan for Coal Creek, Water Resources Consultants, Inc. (WRC) is
pleased to enclose herewith two copies of the proposal for furnishing the
requested services. A copy of this proposal has been mailed to the county,
town and federal members of the Technical Committee as requested in the RFP.

This proposal is intended to be fully responsive to the stated requirements
of the solicitation.

We appreciate this opportunity for consideration to provide our services
to the Colorado Water Conservation Board, Boulder and Weld Counties, and the
Town of Erie. We look forward to the opportunity of being invited for an inter-
view and presenting WRC's qualifications in greater detail.
