Supply background information consisting of: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />The characteristics and limitations of his model, including <br />background documentation. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />A copy of the program or a functional block diagram for each <br />computer-based flow-routing and sediment-routing model. <br /> <br />2. Run his computer model(s) using given input data for given test-river <br />reaches in two phases: <br /> <br />Phase I: <br />Phase II: <br /> <br />Rigid-bed model calculation <br />Erodible-bed model calculation <br /> <br />Provide rationale for selecting the various parameters utilized in <br />his model(s) and final computational outputs tabulated in the format <br />requested by the Committee. <br /> <br />3. Upon request, perform addi ti ona 1 computation and cl arify any <br />Committee member's questions on the test results. <br /> <br />The four modelers selected for this purpose were: <br /> <br />1.
