'i" I designation and approval by the Colorado Water conservation Board; and , 1-,--.. ,:" ., WHER,EAS, the '.staff of the Board has reviewed the said revised report for Ralston and L~yden Creeks and does hereby recom- meild that the:Board designate and approve as floodplain areas those, areasinundat~d by a lOa-year (intermediate regional flood) as described by the floodwater surf~ce elevations and profiles in said revised report; and, further recommends that the floodplain designa- tion for Ralston and LeydenCreell:s only as approved by the previous resolution of\January 12, 1971, be rescinded; , ' N~THEREFORE-;-BE-IT~l<ESOLVED-by th-e-Coioraau-Wa:ter-cOn- servation Board in, regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado" this 19th day of January, 1978, that it does hereby designate and approve as floodplain areas thOse areas described as being inundated by a lOO~year flood as described by the floodwater surface elevations, and prOfiles in said report for Ralston and Leyden Creeks; and does herebY,rescind that ,portion of the resolution dated January 12,,1971, which. applies to Ralston and Leyden Creeks, only; and , " 1 " BE ',IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board ,is directed to send a certified coPY of this resolution to the city of Arvada., the Board of county Corrunissioners of Jefferson County, i:\nd ( the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District.
