You will note an inconsistency in the top
width of the flood plain on the plan portion of the drawings
when you plot the flood profile elevation in the cross sections
provided with the flood plain maps.

Islands which could exist within the 100-year flood plain area
have not been delineated. In these portions of the flood
plain where this situation exists, sheet flooding depths are
shallow and indeterminant to the extent of accurately locating
the island areas.

If you feel you need more information or if we can be of ad-
ditional help in obtaining approval of these maps with the
City or State agencies, please feel free to call.

LAM/sfd

~Q(rJ~l (07~~'r~
\\10\ ~"'~ ". , I
- \.~ - \ \ \
, , . -~ \
:\\1' r -:. ~ .' )', .~
\ \ -'
:'1'~--
\.-l 0 ~ ceO.
u. . u. \. .

truly yours,

R & GINGERY, INC.
