They represent the storm discharge <br />plotted at each particular design point with the stationing noted. <br />A vertical drop in a frequency profile indicates the effect of a <br />reservoir routing at that particular point. Sharp increases in <br />the profile indicate the inflow of an offchannel basin. Figure <br />111-6 entitled "Sanderson Gulch, Projected Development, Without <br />Reservoirs" shows the magnitude of potential flood flows for the <br />possible condition of all reservoirs having been breached or <br />physically eliminated. Since the six reservoirs or detention <br />areas on Sanderson Gulch are under ownership other than the City <br />of Lakewood, and have been installed for reasons other than flood <br />control, the possibility of elimination certainly exists.
