Water Resources Consultants, INC. (WRC) has completed the
floodplain and floodway delineation for the property adjacent
to the South Platte River at Belleview Avenue in Littleton.
WRC's services for this study were prepared in sccordance with
the scope outlined in our proposal WRC File 1304/3 dated
February 29, 1980 which was approved by your group on March
10, 1980.

Our analysis indicates that the majority of the subject
property is outside of the floodway boundary and can be filled
to a level above the 100-year flood elevation. The details of
our analysis are included in the enclosed report. Copies of
the report have been submitted to the City of Littleton for
their approval.
