<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />shown on the right end of the scale (see 24-hour rain scale), The rain scale value is set for each rain <br />display defined, so it will change wren you switeh displays to a different accumulation period or <br />intensity scale (see Rain Displays), <br /> <br />Map scale <br />The spatial scale for the eurrent map geography is indicated by the measure of the scale line at the <br />bottom eenter of the legend, <br /> <br />System messages indicator <br /> <br />The yellow system messages indicator I (exclamation mark) is displayed as soon as a new system <br />message is created, and remains visible until the system messages window is opened again. <br /> <br />Mouse: Right-c1iek or double,c1ick the yellow exclamation marl< I to bring up the system <br />messages sereen, <br /> <br />Alarms indicator for sensors not currently displayed <br />This red eircle or a red starburst indicates a sensor or sensors not eurrently displayed in alarm and/or <br />requiring aeknowledgment. <br /> <br />The sensor(s) may be included in the map area, but not in the eurrent Sensor Group, It may also be a <br />sensor that is not included in the eurrent map, but is part of the system, All sensor alarms are listed in <br />the Alarm Log for display and aeknowledgment. <br /> <br />Mouse: Right,c1iek or double,c1iek the red indieator to bring up the Alarm Log sereen, <br /> <br />Selecting a sensor group for display <br />The seleeted sensor group eontrols what sensors are displayed on the map, When you mouseover <br />a sensor icon, the sensor ID and description for that site's groupmember are displayed, <br /> <br />Open the menu list by right- or double-c1ieking the selected sensor group in the lower left corner of <br />the legend, or by seleeting Sensor Group from the View menu in the STORM Watch Main Menu, <br />Select the group you wish to display, The seleeted group will be eheeked on the menu list. <br /> <br />All Sites group: If All Sites is the selected group, all sites for whieh there are any sensors defined will <br />be shown on the map as icons, When the mouse is run over a site on the map, only the site name <br />will be displayed, No sensor data are displayed on the map when All is selected, Any alarm and <br />notifieation icons are displayed in the legend box, The icon for a site will show a Timeout or Out of <br />Service if there is any sensor at the site in this condilon. <br /> <br />Any single sensor group: When a sensor group is seleeted, icons will be displayed on the map for <br />all sites where there is a member of that sensor group, Both the sensor ID and the sensor <br />deseription are displayed when the mouse is over the ieon, The lalest data for the sensor is <br />displayed next to the iCGn, and is updated whenever new data is received, <br /> <br />E.Note: Sites v,iJlere the selected sensor type does not exist are normally not displayed on the map. <br />Should an alarm condition occurfor another sensor at one a/those sites, however, the alarm <br />and noti/ication information will be displayed on the map legend in red. To examine an alarm <br />in this case, double-click the alarm .\~l'mbol in the legend or use the view menu to open the alarm <br />log. <br /> <br />14 <br />
