<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />A comparison of the existing and proposed conditions show that the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />improvements raise the lOO-year water surface elevation through the middle <br /> <br />reach of the site (at the driveway crossing) by about 2 feet. This occurs in <br /> <br />a localized area and is mainly due to filling in the east overbank area for <br /> <br /> <br />construction of the new building and parking lot areas. The lOO-year <br /> <br /> <br />floodplain boundaries are similar on the east overbank due to the new grading <br /> <br /> <br />plan grades. Overall, it appears that the lOO-year floodplain is not <br /> <br /> <br />significantly impacted through the study reach for the proposed improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />Figure G shows a comparison of the lOO-year water surface elevations for the <br /> <br /> <br />existing and proposed conditions. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />
