<br /> <br />Kinston's Urban Growth !'Ian: Unk- <br />in~ Redevelopment and Miti~ation <br /> <br />Hurricane Floyd cle-Jrly demonstrated that <br />acquisition and relocation (or demolition) of <br />flood-prone properties will reduce damages <br />and losses from future floods. The Plan is <br />comprehensive.
