<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conser- <br />vation Board in regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, <br />this 3rd day of November, 1983, that it does hereby designate and <br />approve as floodplain areas those areas described as being <br />inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the floodwater <br />surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to <br />of County Commissioners of Boulder County, the Town <br />Ward, the Town Board of Jamestown, and the Federal <br />Management Agency. <br /> <br />Board is <br />the Board <br />Board of <br />Emergency <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a <br />resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 3rd day of November, 1983, at which a <br />quorum was present, <br /> <br />
