<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />66. <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />69. <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />-I <br /> <br />foregoing provisions of this Contract, be deemed to be work to which <br />these Federal Labor Standards Provisions are applicable. <br /> <br />Ineligible Subcontractors <br /> <br />The Contractor <br />ineligible or <br />Administration. <br /> <br />must certi fy that none of the subcontractors are <br />debarred through HUD or the General Servi ces <br /> <br />Provisions to be Included in Certain Subcontracts <br /> <br />The Contractor shall include or cause to be included in each subcon~ <br />tract covering any of the work covered by this Contract, provisions <br />which are conslstent with these Federal Labor Standards Provisions <br />and al so a clause requiring the subcontractors to include such pro- <br />visions in any lower tier subcontracts which they may enter into, <br />together with a clause requiring such insertion in any further sub- <br />contracts that may in turn be made. <br /> <br />~reach of Foregoing Federal Labor Standards Provisions <br /> <br />In addition to the causes for termination of this Contract as herein <br />elsewhere set forth, the Local Publ i c Agency reserves the ri ght to <br />termi nate thi s Contract if the Contractor or any subcontractor whose <br />subcontract covers any of the work covered by thi s Contract shall <br />breach any of these Federal Labor Standards Provisions. A breach of <br />these Federal Labor Standards Provisions may also be grounds for <br />debarment as provided by the applicable regulations issued by the <br />Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor. <br /> <br />Employment Practices <br /> <br />The Contractor (1) shall, to the greatest extent practicable, follow <br />hiring and employment practices for work on the project which will <br />provide new job opportunities for the unemployed and underemployed, <br />and (2) shall insert or cause to be inserted the same provision in <br />each construction subcontract. ' <br /> <br />Contract Termination; Debarment <br /> <br />A breach of Sect; on 45 and the Federal Labor Standards Provi si ons, <br />may be grounds for termination of the contract, and for debarment as <br />provided in 29 CFR 5.6. <br /> <br />VII I-H-25 <br />
