Ineligible Subcontractors The Contractor ineligible or Administration. must certi fy that none of the subcontractors are debarred through HUD or the General Servi ces Provisions to be Included in Certain Subcontracts The Contractor shall include or cause to be included in each subcon~ tract covering any of the work covered by this Contract, provisions which are conslstent with these Federal Labor Standards Provisions and al so a clause requiring the subcontractors to include such pro- visions in any lower tier subcontracts which they may enter into, together with a clause requiring such insertion in any further sub- contracts that may in turn be made. ~reach of Foregoing Federal Labor Standards Provisions In addition to the causes for termination of this Contract as herein elsewhere set forth, the Local Publ i c Agency reserves the ri ght to termi nate thi s Contract if the Contractor or any subcontractor whose subcontract covers any of the work covered by thi s Contract shall breach any of these Federal Labor Standards Provisions. A breach of these Federal Labor Standards Provisions may also be grounds for debarment as provided by the applicable regulations issued by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor. Employment Practices The Contractor (1) shall, to the greatest extent practicable, follow hiring and employment practices for work on the project which will provide new job opportunities for the unemployed and underemployed, and (2) shall insert or cause to be inserted the same provision in each construction subcontract. ' Contract Termination; Debarment A breach of Sect; on 45 and the Federal Labor Standards Provi si ons, may be grounds for termination of the contract, and for debarment as provided in 29 CFR 5.6.
