3. Replace Page VIII-E-2 in separately supplied Bid Form wi th revised page (attached).
4. Replace Page VII I -E-6 in separately supplied Bid Form with revised page (attached) .

5. Replace Page 01570-1 in Technical Specifications with revised page (attached).

6. Replace Sheet 2 of 10 with revised drawing (attached).
