(WWE) is pleased to submit the attached Flood Hazard Area Delineationfor <br />Lower Box Elder Creek Watershed dated September 200 Ie <br /> <br />The stream reaches included in this report are (I) Box Elder Creek from 168th Avenue south (upstream) to <br />just south of 64th Avenue, (2) Bear Gulch from its confluence with Box Elder Creek at approximately the <br />nnd Avenue alignment south to just upstream of 38th Avenue, (3) six small tributaries to Bear Gulch, (4) <br />Hayesmount Creek from 168th Avenue south (upstream) to approximately the lO4th Avenue alignment and <br />(5) a tributary to Hayesmount Creek The floodplain delineation for the lOO-year storm event with future <br />basin development conditions is provided in Appendix Q.
