Prince street
Littleton, CO 80166

Re: cottonwood creek through Inverness

Dear Bill:

The Inverness Wdter and Sdnitdtion District hdS, as part of its
Service Plan, the responsibility for providing for major drainage
through its District. Hence, since the inception of the District
in 1973, the District has been requiring the necessary drainage
improvements from developers as development occurs. Once the
facilities have been constructed, they have been maintained and
will continue to be maintained by the District. This includes the
portion of Cottonwood Creek downstream of Inverness Way East
adjacent to the property currently owned by FIMSA.
The Inverness Water and Sanitation District is a quasi municipal
corporation and political subdivision of the State of Colorado.
The District has been in existence for 16 years and is funded
through water and sewer service fees as well as a property tax mill
levy.

I hope this letter is sufficient for your purposes. If you have
any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

cJ1E~ 7[:;ifD
Patrick F.
