WHEREAS, Secticn 37-60-106(1) (c), Cclorade Revised
Statutes 1973, directs the Cclorado Water Conservaticn Board te
designate. and approve sterm or flcodwater runcff channels .or basins
"nd'to make'such designaticns available to legislative bcdies .of
local jurisdictions; and .

and does hereby recommend to the.Celcrado Water Ccnservaticn Board
that the Board designate and ~ppreve as f10edplainareasthese areas

report;

NOW THEREFORE ,BE IT RESOLVED by the C.olcrado. Wa ter Ccnser-
vation Board in regular meeting assembled .in Denver, Caleradc, this
1st day .of November, 1978, that it dces hereby designate and .
apprcve as flocdplain areas thase areas described as being ihundated
by a 100-year flood as described by the flcodwatersurrace elevaticns
