Items dscussed were as follows: <br /> <br />· The hydrology for this study was previously publishlld in a report entitled <br />"Hydrologic Analyss of the Cooper Slough Within LllrimE~r County, Colorado" <br />April, 1993. This report was approved by FEMA, howevElr neither the City of Fort <br />Collins nor Larimer County have submitted written approval of this report. The <br />City and County representatives have agreed to submit I,etters of approval for the <br />hydrology report. <br /> <br />o It was agreed that the area marked as shallow flooding just south of Vine Drive <br />will be re-run to create, at section L, an island outside of the 1 aO-year floodplain. <br />Separate runs should have a flow around each of the islsLnd and will have <br />floodways delineated on each side of the isl~lnd. <br /> <br />" The culvert at the Colorado and Southern Railroad was assumed 100% blocked <br />for the model. <br />
