The 1981 Box Elder Creek st.udy indicates that <br />approximacely 2700 cfs s;Jlits out of the Box Elder floodplain and <br />enters Ccope!:' Slough. Flows encer Cooper Slough at approximately 4 <br />locations, The Cooper Slo~gh hydrology indicatE!s approximately 460 <br />cfs for the lOa-year event at State Higb,ay 14. The Ci1:y would <br />like us to evalua1:e the unit tlydrographs for Box Elder flows and <br />Cooper Slough fl01.,s for determination of peak flo\'l's, and to use <br />existing conditior.s for determination of the lOa-year discharge. <br /> <br />f>tudv Limits: <br /> <br />Cooper Slough will be evaluated beginning at it's confluence with <br />Box Elder Creek and continue upstream to Eo,st Vine Street (COli..'1ty <br />Road 48), approximately 2.1 miles. <br />
