<br />& Tributaries," dated May, 1978, and "Flood Hazard Area Delineation,
<br />.Dutch Creek, Lilley Gulch, Coon Creek and Three La~es Tributary,"
<br />dated May, 1978.

<br />Submittal of these reports constitutes completion of our
<br />obligation to your Board under Contract Encumbrance No. 153174, dated
<br />December 1, 1976.

<br />The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
<br />District, at their June 15 meeting, passed Reso~utions No, 29 and 30,
<br />Series of 1978 (copies enclosed) adopting these reports, We request
<br />that the Colorado Water Conservation Board consider the 100-year flood
<br />plains described in these reports for designation as flood hazard areas,
<br />Denver, Columbine Valley, Arapahoe County, and Jefferson County will
<br />be responsible for regulating the flood plains,
<br />
