West Harvard Gulch, and Dry Gulch; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Board has previously indicated its desire that the results <br /> <br />of such studies be provided to the local governments so as to assist local <br /> <br />governments in meeting the requirements of HB ID41; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br />I. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District <br /> <br /> <br />accepts the report (Flood Hazard Area Delineation~ Harvard Gulch. West <br /> <br /> <br />Harvard Gulch and Dry Gulch. November, 1979) and recommends its use as <br /> <br /> <br />a guide in future planning related to this major drainageway; <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District <br /> <br />recommends that Denver and Englewood adopt the report and regulate the <br /> <br />100-year flood plain defined in the report; and <br /> <br /> <br />3. The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District <br /> <br /> <br />submit the report for designation and approval by the Colorad?
