This <br />alternate has an additional cost of a closed conduit for 670 feet in con- <br />junction with the channel construction along this alignment due to the insta- <br />bility of the face of the mountain. <br /> <br />This alignment would have environmental impacts which this report ,,-,ill not <br />investigate.
