Tile outcome of this researclr lii11 be to pinpoint tile <br />social, cultural, and economic impact of different policy alternatives on tribal <br />culture in advance of their occurrences. Results \li11 be disseminated in tile form <br />of a final research report as lIe11 as a series of consultations \litil trilJal <br />leaders and other interest groups on the reservatioll. <br /> <br />HOW WILL THE SOLUTION BE USED AND SPECIFICALLY BY WHOM? <br />lJevelopnent alternatives can be analyzed to predict the effects of each on <br />reservation life quality in the future. Further, these models should be amenable <br />to application on otller Indian reservations 011 tile Plains and Pacific !lorth\lest <br />I~ho face sil.lilar resource constraints.
