<br />6.0 OTHER STUDIES <br /> <br />An approximate analysis of flooding from Niver Creek and Tributary L of <br />Niver Creek was completed by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />August 1985 (Reference 1). This study incorporates data presented in <br />that analysis. <br /> <br />A Flood Insurance Study was published for the City of Thornton in 1977 <br />and revised in 1982 (Reference 11). Since both detailed and approximate <br />analyses for Federal Heights end at the corporate limits, there are no <br />corresponding flood boundaries shown in Thornton. <br /> <br />A Flood Insurance Study was published for the unincorporated areas of <br />Adams County in 197B (Reference 12). The data presented in this study <br />agree with the data presented in the Flood Insurance Study for Adams <br />County. <br /> <br />A Flood Hazard Boundary Map for the City of westminister was published <br />in 1976 and revised in 1982 (Reference 13). The data as presented in <br />this study agree with the Flood Razard Boundary Map for the City of <br />Westminister. <br /> <br />A Flood Insurance Study was prepared for the City of Northglenn, Colorado, <br />in 19BO (Reference 14). Data presented in this study agree with the <br />Flood Insurance Study for the City of Northglenn. <br /> <br />A Flood Hazard Boundary Map for the Town of Federal Heights was published <br />in 1975 (Reference 15). This study for the City of Federal Heights is <br />authoritative for purposes of the NFIP, and data presented herein super- <br />sede all previous determinations. <br /> <br />7.0 LOCATION OF DATA <br /> <br />Information concerning the pertinent data used in the preparation of <br />this study can be obtained by contacting the Natural and Technological <br />Hazards Division, FEMA, Building 710, Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, <br />Colorado 80225. <br /> <br />8.0 BIBLIOGRAPHY AND REFERENCES <br /> <br />1.
