At this time, there was snow cover in the upper pot.tions of the busin, <br />however, not enough to affect our "n" value analysis. <br /> <br />This report will include photographs and descriptions of various reaches <br />on Spring Creek. For each"each, a Hannings "n" value is shown for the <br />left and right overbanks and channel area, along with il general description <br />of that area. <br /> <br />Photogrilphs of each reach do not necessarily show the entire reach but only <br />a representative section. The "n" values are based on Ll12 portion of tile <br />reach shown in Llle photograph. However, whenever cond'itions vary significant'ly <br />in other parts of the reach, these conditions are noted and "n" values \'/'ill be <br />properly adjusted in our hydrauliC analysis. <br />
