Flood Plain <br />Information and Urban Drainage Report, Cedar Creek, <br />Montrose, Arroyo, Dry Creek and Dry Cedar Creek. <br /> <br />Dear Bi 11; <br /> <br />Montrose County Commissioners have now had an opportunity <br />to study the reports by Hydro- Triad and the Corps of Engineers <br />concerning the flood hazard informati'on at this time. <br /> <br />By copy of this letter we are ,advising the Montrose County <br />entities, the Uncompahgre Valley Water Users and the Town of <br />Olathe, in Montrose County, Colorado, tnat it is the feeling and <br />intension of the County Commissioners that in accordance with <br />C.R.S. 37.-60-106(1)(C)1973 and C.R.S. 24-65.1-403('B)1973 as amended, <br />the flood plain designation should be made for those areas under <br />study in the two studies which have b~en presented. <br /> <br />We respectfully request at this time that the staff prepare the <br />necessary resolution for approval by Montrose County and that tfle <br />resolutions as approved by this Board, be presented at the December <br />2nd, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />However, please be advised that should we received any negative <br />comments from the Uncompahgre Va 11 ey Water Users or the Town of Olathe, <br />we will feel compelled to again be in touch with your staff concerning <br />the matter. ' <br />
