BRW, Inc, from Denver has been selected as the consultant
to complete the project study. The Colorado Water Conservation Board, the
Ruedi Water and Power Authority, and BRW invite you to a kickoff meeting
at the Carbondale Town Hall at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 1998. The
kickoff meeting is intended to familiarize and involve users of the rivers
with the scope and purpose of the BRW study and to formally designate a
steering committee to guide the work progress. There will be an example
demonstration of the proposed final Geographic Information System (GIS)
and other work products.

For more information, please contact Mark Fuller in Carbondale at (970)
963-4959 or Robert Krehbiel with BRW in Denver at (303) 312-4542.

'I! i?S> <I .:J1;J
