Provlde without cost to the United States all lands, easements, <br /> <br />and rights-of-Nay necessary for construction of the Project. including <br /> <br />easements required for flood-zonin!) purposes in the ponding area; <br /> <br /> <br />b. Hold and save the United St<lte~> free from daraages due to the con- <br /> <br />struction w~rk; <br /> <br />c.
