tion Board in joint sponsorship with the City of Glenwood Springs,
Colorado.

It is the power and duty of the Colorado ~ater Conservation
Board to:

waters of the ~tate and the prevention of flood
damages therefrom and to desiqnate and approve ~torm
or flood water runoff channels or basins, and to make
such designations available to legislative bodies

cities, incorporated towns, and counties of this
