This is a portion of a larger development- <br />for which we recommended approval !n our letter of AU9:ust 16, 1978. Since <br />this conforms to the original plan, we continue our recommendation of <br />approval. <br /> <br />We would suggest that the leQi'll ,mtitv responsible for ownershio <br />a!!..d operation of the water system be clearly identified.
