As you are aware, various <br />infor~ation is required for FEMA in order to complete all <br />requirements. One item which we believe needs to be addres- <br />sed is the lack of flood plain mapping of a small tributary <br />to Tallman Gulch which runs through the Rowley Downs Sub- <br />division. The flood plain boundaries of the southeast <br />portion of the t~ibutary have been mapped by EHMG Engineers <br />in their work for the Hidden River Subdivision. It is our <br />desire to have the additional flood plain boundaries <br />identified. <br /> <br />Mr. Hyde indicated you are currently coordinating projects <br />that will result in flood plain mapping provided lOO-year <br />flow values are know and cross sections obtained. Mr. Hyde <br />also indicated that it was his understanding cross sections <br />could be completed by your office if the Town of Parker <br />provided ~anpower to aS3ist in any surveys. Once flow <br />values and cross sections are determined, HEe II computer <br />runs could be completed resulting in sufficient information <br />for mapping of the flood plain boundaries. <br /> <br /> <br />Since inclusion into the National Insurance Flood Program <br />is a primary goal of the Town of Parker, any assistance <br />you and/or your agency can provide will be appreciated. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me if additional infor- <br />mation or d~ta are required.
