(See Guidelines at Section I-K for <br />instructions.) <br /> <br />1. Types of loans handled. <br />2. Coverage of all applicable loan activity. <br />3. Process used to meet the insurance purchase requirement. <br />4. Availability of community eligibility list. <br />5. Availability of current flood insurance maps for the lender's <br />entire trade area. <br />6. Competency in using the maps and eligibility list. <br />7. Timing of notification to borrower. <br />8. Notification in nonparticipating communities. <br />9. Familiarity with required amounts of coverage. <br />lO. Maintenance of required documentation. <br />ll. Problems with maps, map orders, local officials, etc. <br />l2.
