Copies of development permits and variances (with <br />issuance dates and related materials). <br />5. Deeds, plats. <br />6. Certifications of elevation, floodproofing, <br />anchoring, etc. <br />7. Subdivision, utility and capital improvement plans. <br />8. Notes from discussions with contacts interviewed <br />during the CAPE (with names, addresses, phone <br />numbers and dates). <br /> <br />Documenting Development-Related Issues <br /> <br />(For any sites that the reviewer intends to check in the <br />community's permit files or for potential violations, do <br />the following:) <br /> <br />l. Record the address or location of the building, <br />development, subdivision, etc. <br />2. Mark its location on the flood insurance map. <br />3. Document the nature of any potential violation. <br />4. Estimate or survey lowest floor elevations for <br />buildings. <br />5. Photograph the development. <br />6. Record information to check 50-lot/5-acre <br />compliance for subdivisions. <br /> <br />Documenting Mapping-Related Issues <br /> <br />(For all changes potentially affecting map accuracy, do <br />the following:) <br /> <br />l. Record the location of the site. <br />2. Mark it on the flood insurance map. <br />3. Document the nature of the change. <br />4. Estimate and record the scope of needed map <br />revisions. <br />5. Assess the potential for any violation. <br />6.
