The State shall rev:iew the status of implanentation, measures fran the' <br />current State 406 hazarp mitigatiqrplqn in the light of the recent : <br />flooding, and l'OCldify or update such plan as appropriate to address new or <br />~itional hazard mitigation needs or issues. ' The State further agrees: <br /> <br />(A) To submit a report of thi~ program review not later than 180 days j <br />after the declaration to the Regional Director; <br /> <br />(8) 'FO~91lg...r !J.p~~th aP'plicants, withi.f1 State capcibilities, Uassure, <br />that, as a condition fot any grant or loan under the Act, appropr~ate <br />hazard mitigation actions are takenf and <br /> <br />(e) To review and update as necessary disaster mitigation portions of <br />L~e State emergency plan. <br /> <br />The Regional Director 6grees to make Federal technical advice and <br />assistance available to support the pla~ling efforts and actions. The <br />State understands that future Federal disaster assistance may be curtailed <br />in situations where hazard mitigation plans have not been implemented <br />properly. <br />
