LO~, DAl-!S OR DlVERSro)l OF FLOWS. <br /> <br />a. Low Dams or Other Obstructions. Submit plans and specifications <br />for revie,;v and COmJlents prior to the construction of any type dam <br />structure in ~ floodway area. These plans including computations will <br />be reviewed to deternine if adverse hydraulic or structural effects <br />would occur within the floadway as a result of the proposed construc- <br />tion. Prior to ~n extensive engineering study for any type of water <br />~arrier in a floodway, the concept plan, proposed location, and purpose <br />should be reviewed by t~e Corps of Engineers. <br /> <br />b.
